Vegan salads and sides
Vegan salads and sides are such an easy and versatile meal. I love plain ol' low calorie salads packed with minerals like this pear walnut salad but I also love a more filling salads like my sweet potato spinach quinoa salad.
I also really like to make a big batch of garlic potatoes to enjoy on top of some greens like kale massaged with avocado. However you like your salad I'm sure you'll find one to enjoy here.
